GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Specific Cosmetics, Perishable Items, Consumables, Undergarments men and women, Specified Handicraft Items, Customised Items, Electronics etc. They will be mentioned as non-Returnable or Exchangeable.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

REFUND POLICY:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

Product must be returned in its original packaging

Product wasn’t used or damaged

Product must include original tags (if applicable)

Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Aside from these conditions there are products that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

Product must be returned in its original packaging

Product wasn’t used or damaged

Product must include original tags (if applicable)

Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product.

Aside from these conditions there are products that cannot be returned and are not refundable as stated in the following:

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If the item received by the customer is defective or damaged, AmyJons will provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Customers must notify AmyJons within 7 days of receiving the defective or damaged item, and provide Videographic & photographic evidence of the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain items such as customized products, intimate apparel, and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS:

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Product is defective

Product is not as described

Product must be unused

Product must not be damaged by the customer

Consumables will not be returned

Electronic Items will be returned as per the policy of the Product.

Any Items/ Products Mentioned above under non-returnable Items or mentioned on the website as Non-refundable or Non-Returnable.

To ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
