Returns: AmyJons accepts returns within 6 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received by the customer. Any product that has been used, or damaged will not be eligible for a return. Refunds will be initiated as soon as the package is returned to the warehouse.
Refunds: If the returned item meets the requirements mentioned above, AmyJons will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are applicable to customers on certain products. Customer will be notified for the same. If there is any issue with the refunds dur to the Payment gateway partner. We will ensure that we resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchange: AmyJons also offers exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 6 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received by the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item received by the customer is defective or damaged, AmyJons will provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Customers must notify AmyJons within 2 days of receiving the defective or damaged item, and provide photographic and video evidence of the issue.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as customized products, intimate apparel, and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page.
