SHIPPING POLICY
AmyJons is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
1. SHIPPING
We normally despatch all our orders within 4 – 48 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners Delhivery our domestic delivery using established Local Couriers depending upon the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, in case the product has to be tailored to meet the customers requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies from 10 days to 18 days depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to be restocked or cancelled. Multiple undeliverable orders from a single account may result to suspension of the account.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
AmyJons is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
AmyJons allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 6 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unused and same condition as it was received.
6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In case of out-of-stock, AmyJons wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching. We do deliver backorders but the delivery terms and conditions are not applicable in this condition.
7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When working with AmyJons, you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well and import taxes: pre-paid and included in price of order

By accessing our site and placing an order you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy. We are not
responsible for any issues that you face with the delivery partner at the time of the delivery. We ensure if any issues
do arise during the delivery of the products via our delivery partner we will take it up with them to ensure you do not
face any issue again.
